Match Day Information – Munster v Scarlets

Please note this Sunday’s game is a sell-out and for the supporters travelling to the game please find match day information here.

Heineken Cup Round 4 Munster v Scarlets, Sunday Dec. 18th, ko 12.45pm.

Gates will open at 10.45am. Please check your tickets for the details of the turnstiles (T1 – T12). Your ticket will only be accepted in the turnstiles identified on your ticket. View plan of Thomond Park here.

Tickets

Please note this game is sold out. 

Ticket collections can be made from the Mobile Ticket Unit outside the East Stand in Thomond Park on Sunday from 10am.

Supporters are advised to come early for ticket collections in order to avoid lengthy queues in the run-up to kickoff.

Season ticket holders – please note the allocated match ticket is the green coloured Heineken Cup Match 2

Travel

Please try to arrive early and allow sufficient time for your journey.

The Park and Ride facility will be in operation from the following locations:

Kilmurry Lodge Hotel from 10.30am
Radisson Hotel, Ennis Road from 10.30am
Raheen Ryans Centra from 10.15am
Woodlands Hotel Adare from 11.30am

There is a public bus service operating directly from Limerick City centre to Thomond Park Stadium from 10.45am, picking up outside the Dunnes Stores on Henry Street, with a return service following the game.

Supporters can pre-book their parking online for Q-Park Harvey’s Quay at www.q-park.ie

There is no parking in the vicinity of Thomond Park Stadium but parking is available at all city centre car parks.

Pre-Match

The Dug-Out Bar is open from 10.30am with promotions from Live 95fm and outside the bar there will be a Lucozade challenge where you can test your passing skills so make sure to head along. There are numerous bars and catering facilities in Thomond Park and all open at 10.45am.

On the pitch entertainment starts at 12pm and features Jean Wallace, the Munster Rugby Supporters Club Choir and Arcana.

Match programmes will be on sale from booths inside and outside the stadium for €;5.

The Thomond Park Stadium Museum will be open on match-day from 10.15am to 12.15pm with admission only €;3.

Stadium Information

Customers are not permitted to exit and re-enter the stadium at any point.

No one will be able to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink containers on entering the stadium.

Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations found here.

There will be stewards and security on site to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.
